Tuna Pasta Salad

A wonderful side dish for a picnic and yet a perfect dinner when it’s still 90 degrees outside.  Enjoy.  Think more vegetables and some pasta.


Tuna Pasta Salad


  • 1/2 lb. Macaroni
  • 1 Can Tuna in Oil
  • 1 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts (drain and reserve oil)
  • 1 Jar Red Peppers (sliced)
  • 10-12 Black Olives (sliced)
  • 1 Sm. Onion (diced)
  • 4 T. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 t. Sugar


  1. Cook pasta; drain and set aside
  2. When pasta is cooled add the tuna, artichoke hearts, peppers, olives and onions and mix well
  3. Arrange salad on a chilled plate and serve
