Orange Marmalade Cookies

June 7, 2013

Florida means citrus to all of us but especially oranges.  These cookies are actually from very old cookbooks, delicious, yet a bit of a challenge in the citrus state.  Heat and humidity will make you fail the look but not the taste.  Chill the dough for at least 2 hours here in Florida; but chill it anyway.  Enjoy.
