Maple Walnut Spice Cake

March 18, 2012

After all the St. Patrick’s Day parties this was a great way to start off our morning since we will need a lot of sugar to complete all of our shenanigans.  A beautiful and sweet way to start any morning and greatly surprise the “leftover” guests.  Truly a nut lover’s delight!

Maple Walnut Spice Cake

  • 2 Lg. Eggs
  • 2/3 C. Greek Yogurt

  • 1 1/4 C. Walnuts (roughly chopped)

Ha, you know me too well since I was thinking the same thing this morning when I made this cake. Thank you for all your kind comments.
