Strawberry Gelato

April 30, 2011

Why did I ever wait so long to buy an ice cream maker?  This is by far the best ever and I thank Giuliano Hazan ( for this gelato recipe perfection.  If you have never tried gelato before please be sure to run out, buy the ingredients and make it as soon as possible.  After spending years in Italy enjoying their gelatos I was never that impressed with any that I bought in food markets and now I am happy to be able to make my own.  Thank you Signori Giuliano!
