April 19, 2011

Try another “breakfast for dinner” some night with a great ham steak.  Simple and fast yet loaded with flavor. Mix together a quick side salad and dinner is served.

Broccoli and Ham Frittata

  • 1 Pkg. Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 1 lb. Ham Steak (cut in bite size pieces)
  • 2 T. Unsalted Butter

  • 1/2-1 C. Cheddar Cheese (grated) (or substitute your choice of cheese)

  4. Pour mixture into a medium low heated pan and cook slowly on one side; put in oven to finish

  6. Turn to Broil and broil about 1-2 minutes
