Nutella Mini Fudge Brownies

Another Nutella recipe for you to devour for “World Nutella Day.  By the time you think about them, they are made, baked and in your mouth.  A serious problem.  On Twitter @Wenderly mentioned these and I made them the same day, and no I will not tell you how many times I have made them since.  There is just not a good reason to not make these bite-size wonders.  Be sure to visit Wenderly’s website for more luscious recipes at and you can also visit and get great recipes for all things Nutella.  There is also a brand new site that is showcasing “Nutella” recipes where you will find treats to make with this famouns ingredient. 

Nutella Mini Brownies


  • 1/2 C. Nutella spread
  • 1 Lg. Egg
  • 5 T. Flour
  • 1/4 C. Hazelnuts (chopped) (Walnuts used here)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl whisk the Nutella and egg until smooth
  3. Add the flour and whisk until completely blended
  4. Line a mini muffin pan with paper or foil liner
  5. Fill the muffin liners with the batter (about 3/4 full)
  6. Sprinkle with the nuts
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes; toothpick will come out moist/wet crumbs stuck to it
  8. Cool completel on a cooling rack and serve immediately
