Parmesan, Swiss and Ham Croissants

I bought the croissants at my local bakery “Napoleon Pastries Bakery” thinking we would just have them plain with brunch but when I had some leftover Parmesan Swiss Cheese mixture I was inspired to add that and some ham to these delectable croissants.  It was a great idea.

Parmesan, Swiss and Ham Croissants



  1. Slice croissants in half lengthwise
  2. Spread the Parmesan Swiss mixture on both side
  3. Add 2-4 slices of ham on one side
  4. Wrap with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes
  5. Cut in half for serving

(Makes 4 Sandwiches)
