Mini Cranberry Orange Walnut Tarts

An extra special treat when you have leftovers from a wonderful cranberry relish.  I seem to always have too much cranberry relish no matter how many people enjoy it.  This year I was thrilled to see this recipe at .  They practically make themselves have great flavor and fun for guests to have a bite size dessert.  I think mini tarts will be on many selections will always be at my table.

Mini Cranberry Orange Walnut Tarts



  1. Use a round cookie cutter or small glass to cut out small circles (use a mini-muffin pan) (24)
  2. Spray the muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Place a pie crust round in each cup and shape
  4. Fill with a teaspoon or more of the relish mixture
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes (dough will be lightly golden and filling hot

Makes up to 24 (depends on the amount of leftovers)
