Baked Sweet Potatoes

I want my sweet potatoes plain and simple, just baked and covered in butter.  How bad can that be.  There is a wonderful sweet potato souffle recipe I love, however I cannot find it.  Whenever I bake sweet potatoes for dinner I make sure to cook a few extra as there is nothing sweeter in the morning with a touch of butter.

 Baked Sweet Potatoes                                    

 Ingredients                                    

• 4 Sweet Potatoes
• 1 T. Butter 

Preparation    

1. Wash and scrub the potatoes
2. Rub the potatoes with butter
3. Put in preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 50-60 minutes
