Caribbean Dinner Menu

September 20, 2010

A great dinner party to celebrate the Caribbean always brings a lot of conversation of what the menu should be.  Everybody always wants at least ten dishes.  Good reason to have another one soon!  There are so many wonderful islands and each has its own spin on many ingredients but any combination always works well.  Lots of spice, lots of sweet and the melding of the two together.  Of course plenty of fruits seem to make their way to the table.
