Four Berry and Marsala Salad

September 6, 2010

A fantastic and fresh way to end your meal.  It is not often that I seem to be able to get all four berries but when I do I always make one of these salads.  It is a real prize for a summer dessert.  This time I used Marsala but it also good with many other liquors such as, Cointreau, Grand Marnier or something of your choice.  I think next time I would like to try it with some Limoncello.
