Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Hors d’oeuvres

These are always a welcome and simple appetizer for a quick gathering. And that is what was called for tonight’s Presidential Debate.
Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Hors d’oeuvres
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Smoked Salmon
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 English Cucumbers (sliced)
- 1/4 Red Onion (chopped)
- Capers
- Fresh Parsley or Dill (for garnish)
Preparation
- Spread cream cheese on top of each slice of cucumber
- Top with a piece of salmon
- Garnish with chopped onions and capers
- Plate, cover and chill until ready to serve
- Add parsley for garnish
