Scalloped Cabbage

A wonderful and rich way to enjoy your cabbage. Get some butter, get some cream and cheese and you will love cabbage.
Scalloped Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 Head of Cabbage
- 2 T. Butter
- 2 T. Butter
- 1 C. Cream
- 1/2 C. Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
Preparation
- Wash and cut cabbage (bite size)
- Melt butter in a pan, stir in flour and blend well
- Stir in the cream slowly stirring constantly bring slowly to a boiling point and cook 2 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Add cabbage to cream sauce and toss while heating
- Butter a baking dish
- Add creamed cabbage to the dish and top with buttered crumbs and parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees until browned (approximately 25-30 minutes)
