Baked Brie with Apples, Raisins and Walnuts
September 28, 2010
Plenty of nights just a plate of fruit and cheese is a great dessert or a cheese board with a selection of fruits and cheeses is always welcome for a dinner party. This night I had some friends over that only have fruit and cheese for dessert for years, so I thought I would make it a little more special than our standard cheese board and dress the ingredients up for a fancy presentation. They were so surprised and loved the creamy, crunch of this dessert.

This looks so delicious! I love baked brie with apples or strawberry jam. Oh how I wish cheese was good for me . . .
Thank you, I am sorry about cheese and you. That is sad.
