Spinach, Spinach and More Spinach
Spinach is the “superstar” for the first week of “Fall Fest 2010″ and I am sharing ideas for these delicious greens. I always have plenty in the house and it is always on the list to buy as well. A plate of it simply sautéed is sometimes a wonderful lunch and adding and mixing it with a multitude of ingredients only makes it better. Put some on a plate with something hot on it and it will cook itself.

I can vouch for the BLT spaghetti, it’s delicious! I have to try that spinich with the pinenuts and raisens too. It looks fantastic!
